Getting chicken and macaroni sauce craving? Learn how to make it with a side of plain rice

Are you like me that always eat whether pasta or macaroni every week? Well, I’d like to show you how I make my special macaroni sauce with chicken and a side of rice. Trust me you’ll not be disappointed. Before we start, let me show you the ingredients


1 chicken

1/2 bag of macaroni

1/2 tomato paste

1 fruit tomato

3 spring onion stalk

2 parsley stalk

2 celery stalk

1/2 onion

1 clove garlic

1 Magie (seasoning powder)

1 cup of oil

1/2 teaspoon of salt

1/2 teaspoon of pepper

1/2 teaspoon of nutmeg

Let’s cook:

1- Cut your chicken into pieces and wash them with clean water

2- Put the chicken into a large pot

3- Add chopped onions and salt

4- Put the pot on the stove and heat it

5- Let’s the water of the chicken dries all

6- Add one cup of water in the pot and let it boil until there is no water

7- Remove the pot on the stove and replace it with a large pan

8- Add oil into the pan and let it heat

9- Add chicken and let it fry until perfection


10- Add the fried chicken in your pot

11- Add a little bit of oil in your pan

12- Fry smashed green onion, garlic, tomato paste, tomato fruit, parsley, and celery


13- Add bit of water to cook the tomato paste

14- Put your sauce in the pot

15- In a new pot, add water until it reaches the middle and let it boil

16- Add your macaroni and let it boil again

17- Remove your macaroni and put it in a strainer

18- Add the macaroni in the your chicken and sauce pot and mix it

19- Add water in the chicken pot and add salt, magie, black pepper, and nutmeg


20- Put the pot back on the stove for 20 minutes until the soup becomes a bit heavy

21- Remove your pot from the stove and it’s ready to serve
